Every time I go back to Paris, I find myself more and more inspired. I always discover new exciting things to do. So whether you are in Paris, going soon or just dreaming about it- below are some of my favourite things to experience the French art de vivre.
I think we’ve all come across the news of Colette, mainstay of the fashion crowd and iconic concept boutique closing down after 20 years. Good thing is, they’re giving you time until December, so make sure you head over and get a glimpse at the “temple of cool”.
During the summer months, Paris hosts a bunch of open air movies all across the city, so being in the city might be reason enough to watch a movie, or re-watch one of the old classics.
Enjoy the little things. Grab a bottle of rosé, settle down along the river Seine and enjoy the sunset; it’s going to set you in that true Parisian feeling.
Try out Café Le Nemours if you haven’t done so yet! All-day live entertainment on the Place Colette is guaranteed while enjoying lunch on the magical terrace.
The musée des arts décoratifs currently hosts the biggest Dior exhibition of all times, guaranteed to give you a couture-heavenly moment.
The Ritz Paris finally re-opened last year. And while most of us keep dreaming about a stay at the majestic hotel, le thé à la francaise or an apéritif at Hemingway’s go-to bar might be for you.
